Our loss mitigation staff then submits a complete profile of the borrower's information to the prospective lenders and possible resolutions to asset managers.
AHR facilitates a wholesale approach to marketing. In doing so, we collaborate with mortgage brokers who bring their prospective client base to AHR. We know this is a successful approach. Existing data indicates that more than 50% of borrowers who face possible foreclosure, never contact their loan servicing departments.
